Clinical Research On Hyperlipidemia Treated By The Method Of Smoothing Liver And Strengthening Spleen And Relieving Turbity

Objectives:To observe efficiency and adverse effects of Smoothing Liver andstrengthening spleen and relieving turbity on the treatment of Hyperlipidemia and exploreits mechanism of effect.Documents and Methods:Sixty patients with hyperlipidemiaentered the study and were randomized to treatment and control group30cases in each.Thetreatment group was given ChaiShenZeTiaoZhi soup.The control group wasgivensimvastatin tablets.The treatment duration was four weeks.Blood fat、endothelialfunction、APTT、TT、INR and fibrinogen and the changs of clinical symptom weredetermined at the beginning and the end of the trial respectively.During treatment weobserved the improvement of Traditional Chinese Medicine Symptom,adopted by methodof grade score and described in words,and processing statistic testResults: In the treatmentgroup dosed by ChaiShenZeTiaoZhi soup, the total effective rate of meliorating symptomsand the remarkable rate were respectively93.33%and63.33%,which were significantlybetter than those of the control group,P<0.05.The level of TC、LDL-C、TG、ApoB wasstatistically decreased and the level of HDL-C、ApoA were statistically increased. Butcompared with control group, that has no difference, P＞0.05.Conclusion: The method ofSmoothing Liver and strengthening spleen and relieving turbity is a safe and effectivemethod of treatment of Hyperlipidemia. At the same time, it can protect blood vesselendothelium cells and meliorate the state of Blood flow.
