Clinical Research On The Effect Of Bushenantai Decotion Treating The Early Threatened Abortion

Objective：To observe the effect of Bushenantai Decoction on the early threatenedabortion(ETA)，and to explore the mechanism．Methods：60patients were divided into two groups randomly；the treatment group andthe control group．Bushenantai Decoction and Progesterone and fluff gonadotropinsmembrane were used in the treated group，and progesterone and fluff gonadotropinsmembrane were used in the controlled group．Symptoms and signs of each group wereobserved before and after treatment．Meanwhile the levels of E2、β―HCG、P、ACAof theblood plasma were measured．Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were93.3%and73.3%．There was significant difference between the treatment group and thecontrol goup(P>0.05)．The level of E2、β―HCG、P of treatment groups was significantlyimproved，ACA were decreased．Conelusions：Bushenantai Decoction could adjust the endocrine and immunologicalfunetion，ameliorate clinical symptom．...
