Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Bushenantai Decoction With Progesterone Treating The Habitual Abortion Of "Asthenia Of Kidney"

Objective: Clinical observation of the curative effect of Bushen to colysis Yin andprogesterone muscle injection in the treatment of kidney deficiency type of habitualabortion, exploration of the rules and principle of Yishen to colysis treatment, explanationof the serum reproductive hormones in the changes before and after treatment.Methods: Randomly divided70cases diagnosed as kidney deficiency typerecurrent threatened abortion into two groups,35ones in each group. The control groupwas treated with progesterone intramuscular injection treatment, however, the observationgroup was treated the same as the control group plus Bushen to colysis Yin. After allpatients were treated by12weeks pregnant, observed clinical efficacy of drug treatmentfor recurrent threatened abortion patients before and after treatment, the clinical symptoms,signs, serum reproductive hormones, differences before and after the four antibodyinhibition and pregnancy status.Results：In anti-abortion, the total efficiency of80.00%in the observation groupwas significantly higher than that of in control group54.29%, so that the difference wasstatistically significant (P<0.05). In the TCM syndrome total efficiency, system integrationof kidney deficiency symptoms, efficiency of improving single indications, all serumreproductive hormones and inhibition rates of four antibodies which were includedanticardiolipin, anti endometrial, anti sperm and antiovarian antibody, two groups ofpatients were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05). Furthermore, all indexes inobservation group were significantly better than the control group after treatment. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western medicine intreatment of kidney deficiency type habitual abortion can effectively and safely improveadverse clinical manifestations of kidney deficiency in pregnant patients, enhance theserum reproductive hormone level in the body, promote reducing early recurrentspontaneous abortion rate. In conclusion, combined Chinese and Western treatment ofhabitual abortion has satisfactory effect, safty and economy.
