The Research Of Risk Factors Of Diarrhoea Type Of Irritable Bowel Syndrome Caused By Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency

Objective: To explore the risk factors of Irritable Bowel Syndrome with diarrhoeacaused by liver stagnation and spleen deficiency, preliminarily find out part of its riskfactors. All is done in order to provide favourable reference datas for its prevention andcure and to reduce its incidence and improve patients’ quality of life.Methods:60patients with diarrhoea type of Irritable Bowel Syndrome caused byliver stagnation and spleen deficiency compared with60patients with other types ofIrritable Bowel Syndrome caused by liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.Theobservation of the contents of this investigation as following:sex,age,spring,drink,foodfiber,genetic, depression,anxiety,type A behavior of personality,negative life events, drugfactors and infection factors. In order to find out wheather there are some relations todiarrhoea type of Irritable Bowel Syndrome caused by liver stagnation and spleendeficiency,a logistic regression model is used.SPSS16.0is applied for the data analysis.Results:①The univaviate chi-square test:Compared with case group and the controlgroup,the risk factors of spring,type A behavior of personality,negative life events,anxietyand depression have significant difference(P<0.05).Based on clinical experience,thegender,drinking,fiber food and infection have no obvious ststistical significance,but theymay be excluded as both common risk factors.The drug factors have no statisticalsignificanc(X2=1.294,P=0.255>0.05).We are not clear that the cansel relationship betweenit and IBS.Age and genetic factor are not risk factors of diarrhoea type of Irritable BowelSyndrome caused by liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,because they have no statisticalsignificance(P>0.05).②The multivariate Logistic regression analysis:Spring, type Abehavior of personality,negative life events are the risk factors of diarrhoea type of IrritableBowel Syndrome caused by liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,because they ended upin the Logistic regression equation(P<0.05，OR>1).The most risk factor’s influence on the diease’s occur is type A behavior of personality（OR=29.883）,the smaller is negative lifeevents(OR=15.257), and the smallest is spring(OR=3.866).Anxiety and depression couldbe the risk factors(although P=0.055,OR=2.21),because there are29cases in the casegroup,and the positive rate is48.3%,and the equation applicate the exclusion criteria.Wemust be cautious.Age,sex,drinking, genetic,food fiber, infection and drugs are not the riskfactors of diarrhoea type of Irritable Bowel Syndrome caused by liver stagnation andspleen deficiency.Conclusions: Above all,spring, type A behavior of personality,negative life events,anxiety and depression are the risk factors of diarrhoea type of Irritable Bowel Syndromecaused by liver stagnation and spleen deficiency. Age,sex,drinking, genetic,food fiber,infection and drugs are not the risk factors of diarrhoea type of Irritable Bowel Syndromecaused by liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.
