Clinical Study Of JiaWeiTongXieYaoFang In Treating Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency Of Diarrhea Type Of Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Objective:Irritable bowel syndrome(irritable bowel syndrome,IBS)is a very common functional disease of Digestive System its high incidence etiology is complex and its pathogenesis is not clear.At present there is no effective method for the treatment,this subject is to observe the clinical curative effect of JiaweiTongxieYaofang on treatment of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome,the common experience effective precription from my supervisor,induction,consolidation,and statistical analysis,to provide effective methods for further treatment of irritable bowel syndrome.Methods:80 cases of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency were divided into two groups,they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine granules JiaweiTongxieyaofang prescription treatment,the control group was given oral pinaverium bromide tablets in the treatment,two groups were treated for 4 weeks.Before and after treatment and after one month of follow-up observation of clinical curative effect,symptom integral through the table to compare the two groups of drugs on irritable bowel syndrome in patients with symptoms,affecting all aspects of the quality of life.Results:Two groups of patients after the symptoms were alleviated after 4 weeks of treatment,but we can see that the clinical symptoms of the treatment group improved significantly,the overall effect of 23 higher than the control group(P< 0.05).The treatment group total efficiency is 87.5%,the total efficiency of the control group is 67.5%,the treatment group was obvious better than control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).The two groups were compared: the main symptoms score by t test,the symptoms in the treatment group than before treatment had significantly changed significant difference(P < 0.05).The control group were symptom scores than before treatment with significant difference ISO(P < 0.01)two prescription drugs can reduce patient discomfort symptoms.The comparison between the two groups: the main symptoms by t test,the two groups in the endless sense has a statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).The symptom scores were significant differences(P< 0.01)explain the treatment group in the overall improvement of the main symptoms than the control group.Conclusion:Jiawei Tongxieyaofang can significantly improve abdominal pain and diarrhea symptoms,of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome,the prescription in refining,jianpirougan,dampness diarrhea,gas,acid at a party,good curative effect,improve intestinal absorption function,improve patient spirit,psychological depression,etc.,improve the quality of life of patients,for the efficacy of the prescription.At the same time,starting from the angle of the five zang organs,focus on the relationship between the heart and the liver,spleen function,this is a new way of treating irritable bowel syndrome,has important significance for irritable bowel syndrome clinical treatment and research.
