Clinical Study Of Huayutongmai Decoction In Treating Phlegm And Blood Stasis Syndrome Of CCCI

Objective: To study the clinical effect and the possible action mechanism ofHuayutongmai decoction in treating CCCI.Methods：60cases with CCCI were selected and randomly divided into2groups,30cases of Huayutongmai decoction treating group and30cases of Naoxintong capsulecontrol group. The results were assessed mainly by several indexes including the change ofLp(a) level, Hs-CRP level, BUA level and the syndrome integral changes of patients withphlegm and blood stasis syndrome of CCCI.Results: Clinical studies showed that Huayutongmai decoction can obviouslyimprove symptoms in patients with CCCI, and degrade the level of Lp(a), Hs-CRP andBUA effectually.Conclusion：1. Huayutongmai decoction is obviously effective on treatment ofCCCI;2. The possible action mechanism of Huayutongmai decoction in treating CCCImay be related to the mechanism that it can be effective in regulating lipid metabolism,reducing inflammatory reaction and reducing the level of BUA.
