| Objective:To analyze risk factors, syndrome distributions and characteristics ofhypertension complicated with cerebral infarction. On this basis,to further explore theetiology and pathogenesis of the disease based on the theory of hemo-vascular-pathytaking the vascular dysfunction as the breakthrough point. To provide the theoretical basisfor intervening vascular risk factors early and preventing cerebral infarctioneffectively. Methods:By collecting information of patients with simple hypertension andhypertension complicated with cerebral infarction, analyzing the differences between thetwo groups of risk factors and syndrome distribution laws by using statistical methods, preliminary explore the syndrome evolutive law and the causal relationship betweenhypertension and cerebral infarction. Results:Older age, menopausal women, smoking, snoring, eosinophilic salty and temperament irritable are closely related to hypertensionwith cerebral infarction(P<0.05).The degree of Carotid Artery Atherosclerosis is moreserious in hypertension patients complicated with cerebral infarction than without(P<0.05).The syndrome distributions between two groups are of no significant difference, showing that yin-asthenia and yang-hyperactivity occupies the largest proportion(47.8%),followed by Liver Yang rising(27.3%), phlegmy wet and warm card(19.3%) and Yin andYang two deficiency syndrome(5.6%).The scores of leg soft, red eyes, forgetfulness, eatingless, shortness of breath are higher in hypertension complicated with cerebral group, whilethe insomnia score is higher in simple hypertension group. Conclusion: Vascular changesare the intermediate pathological mechanism in hypertension leading to cerebral infarction. Fire-heat is the main pathologic factor of the disease. Fire-heat burning body fluid, bloodand vessels, producing phlegm and blood stasis which can be mixed each other and adhereto Renying tightly, narrowing Renying until occluded is the basic pathogenesis ofhypertensive cerebral infarction. |
