The Clinical Observation Of Pricking Blood Therapy Add Blow Throat Powder On Pharyngal Cough

Objective: To observe and check the clinical efficacy and adverse effects of PrickingBlood Therapy add Blow Throat Powder in treating Pharyngal Cough so to find a newtreatment.Methods: Sixty patients with Pharyngal Cough entered the study and wererandomized to Pricking Blood Therapy add Blow Throat Powder treatment group andPricking Blood Therapy control group,30case in each. The treatment group was givenPricking Blood Therapy add Blow Throat Powder in which3times is one course oftreatment and generally not more than4times; The control group was given PrickingBlood Therapy in which3times is one course of treatment and generally not more than4times. Observe and record the symptoms and physical signs at the beginning and ending ofthe experiment, and record adverse reactions. Results: After counted with statistics, theclinical observations show that both groups are effective. The total effective rate of thetreatment group is90.00%,while the total effective rate of the control group is70.00%.There is quite significant difference between them（P<0.05）The efficacy of thetreatment group is better than that of the control group and all symptoms and signs wereimproved（P<0.05）in the comparison at the beginning and the ending. There are noobvious adverse events in the treatment for two group’s patients. Conclusions: PrickingBlood Therapy add Blow Throat Powder could cure or ease Pharyngal Cough symptomsand has confirmed cure effect. Pricking Blood Therapy is a safe and effective treatment forPharyngal Cough and provides a new treatment method for Pharyngal Cough.
