| Objective: Explore the effects of mankshood normal butanol, mankshood waterextract on energy metabolism and mechanistic investigation in virtual cold syndrome ratsto proclaim the objective indicators that reflect experimental animals’ cold or hot property.The research of inner link between experimental animals and monkshood is help to morescience judging of clinical drug.Method: Feed the Wistar rats with traditional chinese medicine to copy the model ofcold syndrome of deficiency type. Research the rats’ temperature, weight and activity.Using chemical colorimetric spectrophotometer to determine the content of lactic acid,pyruvic acid, triglyceride, glycogen, ATP, T3, T4, TSH, TRH and the enzyme activity ofATPase. Using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay to determine the content of ATP inliver and the energy charge. Using numerical oxynitride calorimeter to determine thecalorific value of the forage and the experimental animal.Results: Mankshood normal butanol and mankshood water extract have stimulativeeffect to the rats of cold syndrome of deficiency type in weight, temperature and activity.They can rise the content of lactic acid, triglyceride, glycogen, ATP, T3, T4, TSH, TRH andthe enzyme activity of ATPase and succino dehydrogenase. Also, they have effect to reducethe content of lactic acid and the enzyme activity of lactic dehydrogenase.Conclusions: At the process of molding and remety, the rats have a series coldsyndrome of deficiency type in appearance, behaviour and physiology. Through the treat ofmankshood normal butanol and mankshood water extract, this condition get better. All thisphenomenons prompt that mankshood normal butanol and mankshood water extract canhelp the rats of cold syndrome of deficiency type recover in energy metabolism. At thesame time, the monkshood has thermal properties and it has benefit to the further research on the relation of nature and effect. |
