Objective:Observation of hydrochloric acid Tropisetron efficacy of laparoscopic gynecologic surgery postoperative nausea and vomiting, intraoperative completion of~24hours after the incidence of nausea and vomiting, observed5-HT3receptor antagonist tropisetron for laparoscopic gynecological surgical proceduresthe role of prevention of nausea and vomiting (PONV), provide the basis for promoting the use of in order to seek an ideal antiemetic drugs to prevent and reduce the occurrence of ponv.Methods:60cases of laparoscopic gynecological surgery were randomly divided into three groups, group A:30min before the surgery intravenous injection of tropisetron4mg; B group:30min before surgery intravenous injection of metoclopramide10mg;group C:30min before surgery intravenous injection of0.9%normal saline2ml, n=20cases (n=20), conventional anesthesia was induced and maintained. The contrast observed three groups of patients with after surgery<3h, and postoperative324h, nausea and vomiting (PONV) incidence. Results:The age of three groups of patients, awake time, weight, height, and surgery, anesthesia time, the amount of narcotic drugs was no significant difference. A, B, C, three groups of patients after24h, nausea and vomiting (PONV) the total incidence of10%,30%,60%,which use the tropisetron group nausea, vomiting have a lower incidence. At24h observation period, group A patients with PONV prevention is better than B, C group (P<005). Group C, four cases of nausea and vomiting (PONV) severe, intravenous tropisetron4mg stop soon., Tropisetron group of surgery compared with group B and group C~3hours after surgery, nausea, vomiting, the incidence decreased to24hours after retching lower the incidence of nausea and minimize differences statistically significant (p<0.05). Incidence compared with group B and group C, the tropisetron group patients have completed a postoperative<3h, nausea, vomiting, retching, the incidence of lower; after a24h nausea and lower the incidence of retching reduced. Table2. Tropisetron group (group A) of surgery after surgery <3h, headaches and irritability and a lower incidence of group B and group C.(P<0.0) are shown in Table3. Conclusions:Laparoscopic gynecological surgery tropisetron to be effective in reducing postoperative nausea and vomiting incidence and reduce its severity. Tropisetron after laparoscopic gynecological surgery induced nausea and vomiting have the exact role of prevention and treatment is a safe, cost-effective way.
