The Clinical Observation Of Warming Lung And Resolving Phlegm Mixture Used To Treat Children Cold Closed Lung Bronchiolitis

Objective:Using traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine treatment program, to observe the clinical effect and security and the change of positive rate of serum RSV、CD4%、CD8%and CD4/CD8、IgE and EOS count of s treatment groups (traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western conventional therapy) and control group (conventional western medicine treatment) treating children cold closed lung bronchiolitis,and to explore its possible mechanism.Method:60patients were selected from in-patient wards in the hospital of the Children’s Hospital of Wuhan City. All of them met the western medicine diagnostic criteria of bronchiolitis in children and the criteria of Chinese medicine, cold closed lung bronchiolitis syndrome diagnostic criteria. They were divided into treatment group and control group at random. There were30cases in treatment group and30in control group. Two groups were given intravenous anti-viral tanreqing (0.5ml/Kg.1time/d), Pulmicort (budesonide) aerosol inhalation cough and asthma, call-back suction, fever and other symptomatic treatment, to maintainwater and electrolyte balance, and supportive therapy after admission according to sputum culture results and susceptibility results, rational use of antibiotics, children with hypoxic conditions, if necessary, to oxygen therapy. Treatment group on the basis of the above treatment, the oral Warming lung and resolving phlegm mixture. We give the drugs one weeks, and then formulate the observation table of children with bronchiolitis and evaluate the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine in treating children with bronchiolitis. And5days after follow-up after stopping persons.Result:1.As to the improvement of the patients’ chinese symptoms, treatment group showed a quite superiority to control group in improving symptoms like aching and softness of loin and knees、movement limitation and morning stiffness(P<0.01).2. There was no significant difference in positive rate of serum RSV antibody between two groups before treatment (P>0.05), so it can be comparable; There was a remarkable improvement in positive rate of serum RSV antibody after treatment,and treatment group showed a quite superiority to control group in effect (P<0.05)3. There were no significant difference in CD4%、CD8%and CD4/CD8between two groups before treatment, so it can be comparable; There was was remarkable improvement in CD4%、 CD8%and CD4/CD8after treatment, and treatment group showed a quite superiority to control group in effect (P<0.01);4. There were no significant difference in IgE、EOS count between two groups before treatment, so it can be comparable; There was was remarkable improvement in IgE、EOS count after treatment, and treatment group showed a quite superiority to control group in effect (P<0.05);5. Syndrome compared of two groups before and after treatment showd that, The total effective rate of the treatment group was90%, the control group was66.67%, and the reatment group showed a quite superiority to the control group in effect (P<0.05)6. After one week treatment, the efficiency compared of two groups before and after treatment showd that, The total effective rate of the treatment group was93.33%, the control group was73.33%,and the reatment group showed a quite superiority to the control group in effect (P<0.05)Conclusion:The clinical observations suggest that warm the lung phlegm method of Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine treatment in accordance with the principle of Chinese medicine syndrome, bronchiolitis cold closed lung type, the results of the treatment group in the clinical efficacy, the clinical symptoms, signs, positive rate of serum RSV、CD4%、CD8%and CD4/CD8、IgE and EOS count much better than western medicine alone therapy control group...
