Improved Wendan Decoction Treatment Of Cerebral Infarction Convalescenee (Phlegm And Blood Stasis Type Stroke)Clinical Observation Of54Cases

Objective:This study observed the improved WenDan decoction treatment recovery phase (collaterals blocked by phlegm-stasis style) of cerebral infarction clinical efficacy, to explore its value and significance in the treatment of cerebral infarction convalescence for clinical treatment of cerebral infarction convalescence applications provide a scientific basis.Methods:Hospitalized patients meet the inclusion criteria,54patients were randomly divided into2groups, the treatment group (n=28) Western basic treatment and the improved Wendan Decoction oral, each taking200ml,for2times a day; the control group were treated with Western medicine basic treatment oral and xuesaitong pills,10pills each time, three times a day, both the courses of the groups for four weeks。Control group,26cases of the two groups in gender, age, duration of disease, underlying diseases, and blood rheology showed no significant difference (P>0.05) were comparable. According to Stroke Syndrome score and neurological deficit scale to determine the TCM syndromes efficacy and clinical efficacy, and nerve function defect integral cholesterol and other indicators using statistical analysis of the principle, obtained two sets of results and whether there are differences.Results:The total effect:TCM Syndrome compared the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group than the control group. Of TCM syndrome score:patients with stroke Integral in the treatment group after4weeks, compared with the control group was statistically significant (P<0.05). Neurological deficit credits:the treatment group after4weeks significantly reduced the neurological deficit Integral, compared with the control group was statistically significant (P<0.05). Three other indicators:the treatment group after treatment and before treatment in lowering blood lipids (TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C) have a certain effect, but compared with the control group, no significant difference.Conclusion:This study shows that the treatment of patients with stroke recovery of application flavored Wendan soup has a good effect, can significantly improve patients’ clinical symptoms, while regulation of blood lipids, significantly reduced blood viscosity, improve neurological function and to prove that the use of of the improved Wendan soup conducive to the rehabilitation of cerebral infarction, and reduces the relapse rate and disability.
