Wendan Decoction And Danshen Decoction Combined With Western Medicine In Treating Phlegm And Blood Stasis Clinical Observation On Stable Angina

Objectives Observation of the effect of wendan decoction and Danshen decoction on symptoms of angina 、 syndrome in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)、electrocardiogram(ECG)、 blood lipids levels electrocardiogram 、 nitroglycerin reduced Parking rates of Phlegm and blood stasis coronary heart disease stability angina Patients under the treatment of Western medicine,to evaluate Wendan decoction and Danshen decoction combined with western medicine in treating phlegm and blood stasis clinical effect with stable angina pectoris.Methods Visiting between February 2020 and December 2020 in Tangshan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine cardiology clinic or ward diagnosed with phlegm and blood stasis in 80 cases of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease subjects randomized grouping,of which 40 subjects in the control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,and 40 cases in the trial group were given wendan decoction and Danshen decoction on the basis of control group treatment,observation on the treatment for 4 weeks,each of the subjects’ integral angina pectoris、TCM syndrome scores、ECG situation、nitroglycerin reduced parking rates、blood lipid levels recorded before and after the test.Using the spss 22.0 statistic software for statistical analysis of data to evaluate the effectiveness of group treatment options.Results 1 There was no difference in the general data of the two groups of subjects before the test(P > 0.05).2 Both groups of drug regimens were able to reduce angina integration,statistically significant differences(P > 0.05).And the total effective rate of the experimental group(89.47%)was obviously higher than in the control group(70.27%).Comparison of two groups of difference statistically significant(P < 0.05).3 both groups of drug use Programs can reduce the total Points of Chinese medicine symptoms,statistically significant differences(P < 0.05),the total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group(92.11%)obviously higher than the control group(72.97%),comparison of two groups of difference statistically significant(P < 0.05).4 the reduction rate of nitrate glycerin(97.37%)was better than that of the control group(83.78%)and the difference was obvious(P < 0.05).5 The total effective rate of ECG in the experimental group(86.84%)is higher than that in the control group(67.57%)and there are obvious differences(P < 0.05).6 There was a significant difference in cholesterol levels between the two groups of subjects before and after the trial(P < 0.05),no difference in the remaining blood lipid indicators(P > 0.05),differences in cholesterol levels between the two groups of subjects(P < 0.05)and no difference in the remaining blood lipid indicators(P > 0.05).7 There was no statistically significant difference in the safety indicators(alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,blood urea nitrogen,and serum creatinine)between the two groups before the test(P > 0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the safety indicators between the two groups after the test(P > 0.05).Conclusions 1 Combination of Wendan Decoction and Danshen Decoction in the treatment of stable angina with phlegm and blood stasis combined with Western medicine is better than Pure Western medicine in improving symptoms of angina,Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms,ischemic ECG situation,and the changes in the amount of nitroglycerin.2 The reduction of cholesterol by combined Western medicine is more effective than the simple application of Western medicine,but there is no significant difference between the improvement of triglycerides,LDL cholesterol and HDL cholesterol between the two groups of medication regimens.Figure 7;Table 18;Reference 131...
