Prognosis Contributing Factors Of Microvascular Decompression In The Treatment Of Idiopathic Trigeminal Neuralgla

Objective: Discuss the contributing factors of prognosis of idiopathic trigeminalneuralgia(ITA) treat with microvascular decompression.Methods: Review67patientswith idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia for clinical data from July2009to January2011inThe First Teaching Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University.Analyze the the contributingfactors of prognosis of idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia depend on follow upresults.Results:All67patients divide into typical trigeminal neuralgia group(59cases) andatypical trigeminal neuralgia group(8cases) depend on their clinical presentation. AfterStatistical analysis,the effection between trigeminal neuralgia groupand atypical trigeminalneuralgia group had significant difference(P＜0.05)；age, sex, affected side have nocorrelately effection to surgery(P＞0.05),while pathogenesis, clinical presentation,thedegree of compression,the effection of decompression have significant correlatelyeffection to prognosis(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The effection of MVD had been conform,andMVD is the only treatment for pathogenesis,meanwhile pathogenesis, clinicalpresentation,the degree of compression,the effection of decompression have significantcorrelately effection to prognosis.In order to make sure the treatment effectively,thesurgery should be done as early as we can after the dignosis.In addition, throughoutexplortion and fully decompression can improve the effection of surgery.
