Objective: Determine the level of The leukaemia stem cells (LSC) of XinjiangChildren with acute leukemia, analys its immune phenotypes, karyotype,and discuss thelevel of The (LSC)whether there are differences between childre and adult,whether thereis a new immune phenotype of childrens LSC and whether there is a corelation betweenkaryotype. Methods: Determine the level of The via flow cytometer,and isolate that, viaflow cytometer, observe morphology via in vitro culture, again through the flowcytometric detection new immune phenotype of LSC. Results: There is diferentationbetween two nation for the level ofAML CD34+CD38-CD123+cell(P=0.04).The cellsgrowing both suspended and agminated mode could survived over8months andproliferated constantly in vitro.
