Ultrasound-guided Intra-articularin Jection Of Compound Betamethasone Combined Sodium Hyaluronate And Single Sodium Hyaluronate Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis Clinical Observation

Objective: To observation ultrasound-guided intra-articular injection of CompoundBetamethasone combined Sodium Hyaluronate and single Sodium Hyaluronate treatmentfor knee osteoarthritis patients. Methods: To divide80cases of patients with kneeosteoarthritis, were divided into two groups at random, single blind clinical observationfor8weeks, respectively, before treatment,2weeks of treatment and follow-up of8weeks was observed when WOMAC score, by recording of suprapatellar bursa synovialisthickness, knee suprapatellar bursa effusion of knee joint in the depth of the lateralfemoral condylar cartilage thickness of efficacy evaluation. Results: After2weeks oftreatment with Compound Betamethasone combined Sodium Hyaluronate group than insingle Sodium Hyaluronate group in the synovial membrane thickness, effusion depth andthe WOMAC score have significant difference (P＜0.05), but in the cartilage thicknesshad no significant difference (P＞0.05). At follow-up8weeks of Betamethasonecombined Sodium Hyaluronate group than in single use Sodium Hyaluronate group in thesynovial membrane thickness, cavity depth and WOMAC score were significantdifference (P＞0.05). In2weeks of treatment, follow-up of8weeks of CompoundBetamethasone combined Sodium Hyaluronate group, in the synovial membrane thickness,depth and WOMAC score before effusion had significant difference (P＜0.05), but in thecartilage thickness had no significant difference (P＞0.05). In the treatment of2weekswith single Sodium Hyaluronate treatment group, capsular synovial effusion, thickness,depth of cartilage thickness and WOMAC score relatively before have no significant difference (P＞0.05); in the8weeks of treatment, the thickness of synovial effusion depthand WOMAC score were significant difference (P＜0.05), but in the treatment of2weeksand were followed for8weeks in cartilage thickness have no difference (P＞0.05).Conclusion: Intra-articular injection of Betamethasone combined Sodium HyaluronateGroup for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in2weeks time effect is better than that ofsingle Sodium Hyaluronate treatment group, but were followed for8weeks in the sameeffect.
