| BackgroundNowadays, the most common degenerative disease that causes disability in the elderly is knee osteoarthritis(KOA).At this stage, the main method of treating this disease is still intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate(Na H),and the efficacy of physical factor therapy is still controversial.ObjectiveObserve the clinical efficacy of Na H and common physical factors in the treatment of KOA,and optimize the treatment strategy.MethodsAccording to the diagnosis standard,60 patients with KOA were selected clinically and were randomly divided into control group and observation group 1,observation group 2,observation group 3,with 15 persons in each group. The control group received intra-articular injection of Na H in the knee joint,Observation group 1,observation group 2 and observation group 3 were respectively combined with ultrashort wave therapy, laser therapy and medium frequency therapy on the basis of the treatment plan of control group. The prescribed course of treatment is 21 days.At the beginning and after the end of treatment, patients were assessed for rehabilitation.Analyze the data and draw conclusions.ResultsCompared with the control group, the three observation groups was more effect in reducing the pain of the knee joint on the trouble side(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, observation group 1 and observation group 3 had a significant effect in expanding the range of motion of the affected knee joint and reducing the severity of the affected knee joint(P<0.05).There is no big difference between control group and the observation group 2 in the above two aspects(P>0.05).ConclusionIntracavitary injection of Na H + ultrashort wave therapy is more significant in improving the quality of life of patients with KOA. |
