And to retroactively analyse the results of pathogenicbacteria culture and susceptibolity of these case.Results:302cases of infected children with congenital heartdisease,of which1years old baby accounted for66.89%.The top fivecongenital heart diseases were VSD (31.79%)ã€ASDandVSD(20.86%)ã€TOF (10.60%)〠ASD(9.27%)〠PDA(7.26%). According tohemodynamics, left to shunt congenital heart diseases weremajor, accounting for75.14%. The top detection rate of pathogenculture was Central venous catheter tip culture,84.44%, followed by the endotracheal tube tip culture, culture of the sputum, blood cultures,respectively73.81%,33.52%,12.68%(P<0.05);Form thepatients’phlegm, blood, and secretion, we had separated190pathogens,and among which there were116Gram-negative bacteria, accounting for63.16%of totalï¼›63Gram-positive bacteria,33.16%ofthe totalï¼›and7fungi,3.68%.In179sputum specimens,60sputumcultures were positive, and the positive rate was33.52%ï¼›In213bloodspecimens,26blood cultures were positive, and the positive rate was12.21%ï¼›In84tracheal secretion specimens,62secretion cultures werepositive, and the positive rate was73.81%ï¼›In45central enous catheterspecimens,38cultures were positive, and the positive rate was34.44%ï¼›20pathogens were proven. The top five Gram-negative strains wereEscherichia coli(Eco),Klebsiella pneumonia(Kpn),Pseudomonasaeruginosa(Pae),Bowman’s acinetobacter(Aba),Stenotrophomonasmaltophilia(Pma); The top three Gram-positive strains were Coagulasenegative staphylococci(Scn)(Sau),Enterococcus caecalis(Accc); Most bacteria were responsive to Linezolid,Rifampicin,Gentamycin,Teicoplanin,Chloramphenicol,Ciprofloxacin,Levofloxacin,;And mostbacteria were responsive to Meropenem, Tienam, Levofloxacin,Amikacin, Cefoperazon and Sulbactam, Piperacillin-tazobactam,Cefepime,Ciprofloxacin.Conclusion: In the infected patients with congenital heart disease, gram-negative bacteria were the most common pathogens, combine withgram-positive bacteria. Because of its high rate of antibiotic drugresestance,a wide ariety palthogenic bacereia, cross tesistance tomultiple antibioticï¼›appropriate etiological culture is very important toreduction bacerial drug resistance and suprinfection produces. We shouldchoose antibiotics which were sensitive to gram-negative bacereiasupplemented by combination therapy with drug sensitive togram-positive bacteria. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | congenital heart disease, infected, pathogenic bacteria, susceptibolity test | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
