Helicobacter pylori is the major agent of gastritis or gastric ulcer, in our study, we use material as follow:Xylaria nigripes (Xn), Ganoderma lucidum (G1), Flammulina velutiper (Fv), Cordyceps militaris (Cm), Pleurotus eryngii(Pe), Auricularia auricular (Aa), Hericium erinaceus (He), heriacium tablet (He-P), fermentation of He (He-F). at first, boiling the material for15minutes, then treated them with microwave for10minutes, extract with n-butyl alcohol more than three hours, usually, the mixture is like gel after extration with n-butyl alcohol, it is necessary to part them with centrifuge. The supernatant is n-butyl alcohol phase which we need. Concentrate them with Rotary Evaporator, dry them in constant temperature. Then prepare solution and detect their antibacterial activity. We find the extraction of He-F, He-P, Pe are bacteriostasis, and He-F is better than the others.He is one kind of precious edible and medicinal mushroom. People use it to treat desease about stomach for a very long time, it is significant effective, besides the effect to protect stomach, maybe it can inhibit the growth of Hp. In this research, we produce fermentation of He strain0605, which we have known its ideal growth condition, extract the concentrative fermentation with n-butyl alcohol, the phase wasl separated into three part after concentrate with Rotary Evaporator. After detection, two bacteriostasis part is separated with macroporous resin (D101), we get four submit part, detect their antibacterial activity and work out the minor inhibition concentration MIC. Compare with the MIC and we know Zac-E30part is the most efective in solution. Separate it with another macroporous resin (NKA-â…¡) and get three new part. The Zac-E30-N-E50part is more effective.To identify the activity composition, we use many analysis method, for example, UV-absorption, TLC, HPLC, and so on. We find there are some nucleoside compound in the part, after detect their antibacterial activity respectably, the Adenine and Adenosine are effective compound, Adenine is more effective than Adenosine, but the quantity of Adenine and Adenosine in the effective compound is not enough to inhibit the growth of Hp, maybe there are other compound unknown are more effective, it is need to research more. Zac-E70is hard to solve in water, but solve easy when add base solution, and it is detected good antiactivity activity. So we presume that, maybe activity compound is nucleoside compound, change the pH will change the dissociated state. So we can control the pH of extraction to separate nucleoside compound from the others. According to the results, we know Hericium erinaceus is good resource for extracting something against Hp, our study is valuable for exploring new drug. Edible fungi is abundance resource, but only He has significant antibacterial effect against Hp, maybe there is some specific material which can inhibit the growth of Hp. Though Adenine and Adenosine are effective against Hp, but it is not enough, there should be other bacteriostasis compound. To find out the major effective composition is valuable work, it has important conduction on exploring new drug from He.
