Use it as a matrix can also be madeinto a mercury film electrode and chemically modified electrode. It can be used inmeasurement of multi trace elements, so its research and development is of great applicationvalue and wide perspective.AutoCAD is used to design drawing of parts of static mercury drop electrode andmaching and assembly. It was covered a new type of micro electrolytic cell withcone-glass-carbon revolving electrode for stripping analysis, having the small in flexiblevolume, high-speed transfering mass, and without influence of the air in the micro-tube road.And the solution produced strong impact on the surface of the cone-glass-carbon revolvingelectrodeand the electrode would not adsorption hydrogen. The current was guided by dualcarbon contact, the interference of intermetallic was eliminated by pulse accumulation method,and solution was replaced by the program-controlled pump.This paper adopt the method of the Potentiometric Stripping out Analysis, using PS4Predicating dissloution instrument to determinate the lead in urine. It achieved a measurementthat can get the result in one-time, namely the peak height of lead equal to the density, andreduced the complex process of the working curve method and standard addition method.Adding cadmium (10.00μg/L) to measuring solution, the equation of linear regression isC(μg/L)=-1.01354+1.46Hp, the related coefficient is r=0.99, the relative correctioncoefficient is1.46. The peak height and the concentration of lead is in a linear relationshipbetween0~80μg/L. The peak height of the internal standard substance will correct to146.58after measuring, by this way, the accuracy of determination is increased. The urine specimenis directly measured in electrolytic pool. The average recovery is104%~115.98%,determinate the urine that the concentration is63.48μg/L, determination of lead in urine is63.76μg/L, the relative deviation RSD=0.44%. The results show that the determination oflead in urine by internal standard has simple operation, good sensitivity and accuracy. |
