Xiaoji Granule On Damp-heat And Blood Stasis Type Of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Patients After Curative Effect Study

Objective:Observation of the Xiaoji granule heat treatment of the clinical efficacy of the sequelae of stasis pelvic inflammatory disease, and explore its mechanism.Methods:60cases of patients diagnosed with damp heat stasis pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. Treatment group,30cases to give the Xiaoji granule oral; control group of30patients were given oral capsule Kunfukang Rehabilitation.4-week cycle, two sets of continuous application of two cycles, menstruation to stop taking. Observe the before and after the two groups of patients with the treatment of clinical symptoms, TCM syndromes, local signs of improve the situation, as well as cytokines leukocyte mediated prime-6(IL-6), T cell subsets (CD3+cells,CD4+cells, CD8+cells, CD4+/CD8+) and pelvic B-ultrasonic examination changes.Results:①In the results, efficacy comprehensive efficacy of the treatment group the total effective rate was96.7%,73.3%in the control group; TCM symptoms in terms of efficacy, the total effective rate of93.3%and66.7%in the control group; in the local signs of efficacy,The total effective rate was90%, and66.7%in the control group. The two groups compared in a comprehensive efficacy, the efficacy of TCM symptoms, local signs of efficacy, differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).②After treatment, both groups of TCM syndrome score in the local signs points than before treatment decreased between the two groups, the treatment group than the control group, P<0.05, statistically significant differences.③After treatment, patients could ease under the abdominal distention (thorn) pain symptoms, no significant differences (P>0.05), but the treatment group improved lumbosacral pain, vaginal discharge, abnormal aspects higher than that in the control group, there was significant difference (P<0.05).④After treatment, both groups of IL-6, of CD3+and CD4+and CD4+/CDS+than before treatment increased, patients were CDS+compared with before treatment decreased, and between the two groups, the treatment group than the control group, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant.⑤two groups of patients neutrophils before and after treatment, no significant change, P>0.05.⑥The treatment two groups of patients with pelvic ultra-B compared with before treatment has improved.⑦no adverse effects were found in the testing process. Conclusion:Xiaoji granules heat treatment of the efficacy of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae exact can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of TCM Syndrome, local signs and B ultrasound to improve the IL-6, T-cell subsets (CD3+cells,CD4+cells, CD8+cells, CD4+/CD8+) levels, and its mechanism maybe by improving the immune function of patients, regulating the immune status of patients to achieve treatment goals, worthy of use in clinical and promotion.
