Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Sequelae Of Physical Distribution And Clinical Observation Of Physical Intervention Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine In Treatment Of Dampness-heat And Blood Stasis Sequelae Of Yang Deficiency Pelvic Inflammatory Disea

Objective:Through analyze the distribution of physical types of 600 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae,to study the relationship between physical constitution and sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease recurrence.And the treatment of the Yang deficiency of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease patients with type of damp heat and blood stasis syndrome and combined with Chinese herbal medicine prescription,to observe the clinical efficacy and effect on immune function,to explore the mechanism of physical intervention combined with traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease,and provide a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:1.From November 2015 to November 2016 collected 600 patients’ cases diagnosed with pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae in our hospital outpatient and ward,evaluated the scores of each type of constitution according to the standardized Chinese medicine physical measuring table,and determine the constitutional type of each patient according to the criteria.2.Select the type of the Yang deficiency constitution determined of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of damp heat and blood stasis syndrome in 80 patients,which were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group has 40 cases,given physical intervention combined with Chinese herbal medicine prescription yinjiawan for treatment;the control group of 40 cases only to be given Chinese herbal medicine prescription yinjiawan.The two groups were treated begin with 3 days after menstruation,insist on taking 14 days.The courses of two groups were 3 menstrual cycles.Before and after the treatment,all patients were collected from the fasting venous blood in the morning,and then the experimental data were analyzed.Observe the two groups of patients before and after treatment with the changes of comprehensive curative effect,TCM syndrome effect,clinical symptoms and signs,to explore the effect of physical intervention combined with traditional Chinese medicine on immune indexes C3 and C4 in patients with pelvic inflammatory sequelae of damp heat and blood stasis syndrome.Results:1.The 600 cases of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae in the majority of patients Yang Deficiency constitution type,which was accounted for 45.17% of the total,qi depression constitution type accounted for 19.67%,blood stasis constitution type accounted for 11.33% of the total,and the rest of the constitution type accounted for23.83% of the total.2.In the comprehensive efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine,the total effective rate was 95% in the combination of physical intervention and yinjiawan group,and the group of Chinese herbal medicine prescription yinjiawan was 87.5%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the efficacy of TCM syndrome,the total effective rate was 97.5% in treatment group,and the control group was 90%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,patients with lower abdominal pain,lumbosacral pain,leucorrhea,lassitude,menstrual pain,aggravated sexual pain and other clinical symptoms were significantly improved,but the physical intervention combined with Chinese herbal medicine prescription yinjiawan improved obviously,the comparison between groups was statistically significant.3.After treatment,the C3 and C4 values of the two groups increased compared with before treatment,and the treatment group was significantly higher(P<0.05),the difference between the two groups was significant.Conclusion:1.The 600 cases of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae give priority to the constitution type of Yang deficiency,qi stagnation,and blood stasis,and in which the Yang deficiency highest.2.In the treatment of the constitution type of Yang deficiency sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of damp heat and blood stasis syndrome,physical intervention combined with Chinese herbal medicine prescription yinjiawan has significant curative efficacy.It can improve the symptoms and signs of TCM,can promote the repair of damaged tissue by improving the related indexes in the serum of patients with C3 and C4,and can enhance the immunity of the patients,improve the disease resistant ability.Therefore,it is worthy of further popularization and application in clinic.
