Guan Yuan Zhongwan Point Moxibustion Combined With Acupuncture For Treatment Of Post-stroke Flaccid Paralysis Clinical Curative Effect

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of moxibustion Guanyuan and Zhongwan conbination with acupuncture treatment for stroke flaccid paralysis,disease-oriented to provide a significant effect of treatment.Methods:With reference to the amendment of the Chinese Medical Association in1995the Fourth National Cerebrovascular Disease Academic Conference " various types of Cerebrovascular disease diagnosis points",select the Second of Hospital Jiangsu Province acupuncture rehabilitation clinical and CT/MRI confirmed the strokeacute phase,patients randomized single-blind trial,qualified subjects were randomly divided into three groups:treatment group and control group.A week of continuous. Each group after5days of ttreatment,rest two days,a total of four weeks,after a course of neurological deficit scores,activitives of daily living,clinical outcomes and assessment standards were observed,and statistical treatment efficacy evaluation.Results:The treatment group than the control group(P<0.05). Neurological deficit score changes after treatment, the treatment group was14.93±9.464points,the control group,10.80±5.320points, suggesting that the treatment group, degree of neurological deficits obvious. Changes in the Barthel Index after treatment, the treatment group was71.55±20.138points, the control group was55.33±28.495points, suggesting that the treatment group Barthel index increased significantly. Clinical efficacy comparison, treatment group basically recovered0cases, significantly with the progress of11cases, the progress of15cases and2cases, deterioration in one cases, total effective rate of89.65%; control group, the basic heal0cases, significantly with the progress of eight cases, progressive12cases ineffective in7cases, deterioration in3cases, total effective rate was66.67%deterioration in one caes,total effectiverate of89.65%;control group,the basic heal0cases, significantly with the progress of eight cases, progressive12cases ineffective in7cases, deterioration in3cases, total effective rate was66.67%.Suggesting the two treatments have clinical significance in the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion:Moxibustion Guanyuan and Zhongwan combined with the therapeutic effect of acupuncture group were significantly better than the control group, acupuncture combined with the treatment of patients with acute stroke, the recovery of limb nerve function in patients with activities of daily living were significantly improved, and clinical significance.
