| Objectiv:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Body Acupuncture and Scalp Acupuncture on stroke(Flaccid paralysis period and Spastic paralysis period). Also to explore the more formal and systematic kind of acupuncture treatment of stroke.Methods:60 cases of patients after stroke were randomly divided into two groups: Body Acupuncture and Scalp Acupuncture group(Experimental group) and Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture group (Control group), which accord with the diagnostic criteria of stroke and are classified as flaccid paralysis period or spastic paralysis period according to Brunnstrom evaluation method. Observe the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups after treatment, then compare the neurological deficit score(Chinese scale of clinical neurologic deficit of stroke patients), motor function (Fugl-Meyer score), activities of daily living (Barthel index) and clinical efficacy. Then compare and analyze their gait (Pace and Stride) who can walk independently after treatment.Result:(1) Compared before and after treatment, the differences in the two methods of acupuncture treatment of stroke (flaccid paralysis period and spastic paralysis period) were statistically significant(P<0.05). (2) Compared two groups, the differences in clinical efficacy, activity of daily living and motor function were no statistically significant(P>0.05). (3) Compared two groups, the differences in pace and stride were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)The two methods of acupuncture treatment of stroke (flaccid paralysis period and spastic paralysis period) have good clinical efficacy. (2)The two methods of acupuncture treatment of stroke (flaccid paralysis period and spastic paralysis period) have good clinical efficacy in activities of daily living and improving motor function. (3) Body Acupuncture and Scalp Acupuncture was better than Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture in improving pace and stride of stroke (flaccid paralysis period and spastic paralysis period), it is worth of further in-depth research and can be wide spreading in clinical application. |
