Objective:to study the clinical effectiveness and application advantages of the external therapy which be using treating ulcerative proctopathy by rectal administating, and contrast the clinical effectiveness of Ulcerative Colitis enema and Sulfasalazine suppository for treating ulcerative proctopathy.Methods:screening and included met inclusion criteria of ulcerative proctopathy patients30cases, than randomly divided those patients into two groups—enema group (the15cases) and anus group (the15cases), two groups of patients have no statistically significant differences in age and gender (P<0.05). Given the kuijieguanchang fluid retention enema treatment, filling80ml the fluid with syringe push note every time before sleeping; The control group give liu nitrogen pyridine anus sulfonylurea bolt treatment,0.5g/pieces, one piece a time, twice a day,take it late afternoon and before sleeping, two groups of patients were2weeks for use as a treatment, after three treatment, observe and faithfully record the clinical manifestation, symptoms and signs, routine blood, dung routine, blood sedimentation, c-reactive protein, endoscopic change of two groups of patients before and after treating, judge the effect and adverse reactions.Results:two groups of patients in the gender, age, duration without statistics difference (P≥0.05), the outcomes show statistically significant after treatment (P<0.05), and frequency of defecate, Sourtherland DAI scoreafter and the efficiency about the patients in two group have significant difference (P<0.05), the c-reactive protein, blood sedimentation, endoscopic Baron scoring have no statistical difference in the patients of two groups after treatment (P>0.05).Conclusion:ulcerative proctopathy patients have a certain age distribution, patients often focus on35-45years of age; kuijieguanchang fluid enema irrigation method is better than liu nitrogen pyridine anus sulfonylurea bolt method in treating ulcerative colitis straight. It provides a good treatment method for treating ulcerative proctopathy, and the method have the advantage on absorption effect and small side effects.Meaning:to provide reference for clinical rational drug using.
