QinJiao Pieces Solution Retention Enema Treatments Ulcerative Colitis Until The Clinical Curative Effect Of Observation

Objective:to explore QinJiao pieces solution retention enema treatments ulcerative proctopathy effect. Methods: in accordance with the criteria for diagnosis cases choice 63 patients, randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. There are 33 people in treatment group,given QinJiao pieces solution retention enema treatments;Control group,30 people in control group,given the new fluid retention enema rehabilitation treatment,observe assess treatment results. Results:clinical research shows,the total effective rate of treatment group is 87.88%,the total effective rate of control group is 66.67%,the main symptoms after treatment, the treatment group was better than control effect (P < 0.05). Conclusion:QinJiao pieces solution retention enema treatments ulcerative colitis until the clinical treatment effect is obvious,and the effect is better than new fluid retention enema rehabilitation treatment. Ulcerative proctopathy is dry hot wind,forced down by rectum the anus. QinJiao chips for our common anus bowel division,by QinJiao, including 10 flavour drug cangzhu,remove with hot, detumescence drop. Retention enema treatments for local therapy applied in anus bowel disease treatment,its advantage:(1) direct contact with drugs,anti-inflammatory effect is obvious;(2) to avoid or reduce the intestinal stimulation;(3) is needed;(4) QinJiao slice clinical cure widened.
