Clinical Research On The Method Of Dispelling Wind,Clearing Lung,Resolving Phlegm And Calming Panting In Treatment Of Child Asthmatic Bronchitis Of Heat Wheezing Syndrome

Objective:To evaluate if it is feasibility and effectiveness about the treatment on children with heat wheezing about asthmatic bronchitis by combing dispelling wind,clearing lung,resolving phlegm and calming panting method with western medicine, in order to provide reference and research directions for the disease.Methods:60cases of children with asthmatic bronchitis whose TCM type is heat wheezing are selected. They are randomly divided into treatment group and control group which group has30cases, the control group was treated with intravenous hydrocortisone succinate sodium、 aminophylline,Yanhuning, inhaled budesonide and terbutaline;On the basis of therapeutics to the control group,the treatment group were treated with the Chinese medicine decoction which is for dispelling wind,clearing lung,resolving phlegm and calming panting; the course of two groups are for seven days.After the course,the improvement on the main symptoms secondary symptoms were Observated, the main symptoms contained wheezing, cough, sputum expectoration,flaring of nares,dry rales.The secondary symptoms contained body temperature, mental, complexion, thirst, appetite, urine and faeces, tongue fur, tongue body, sweating,pulse condition and so on.Results:The research results show that the two groups before treatment in children with gender, age, severity of disease, primary and secondary disease comparable total score, etc, have no statistically different (P>0.05). Compared with improvement of main syptoms after treatment of the two groups, the treatment group is better than the other one in improving wheezing, cough, sputum expectoration, dry rales symptoms and signs, the difference is statistically significant (P <0.05);While the improvement of flaring of nares has no difference in two groups.Compared with improvement of secondary symptoms after the treatment, the treatment group is better than the control group in improving children complexion, appetite, faeces, tongue fur, tongue body, sweating,pulse condition,the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05);While there is no statistically significant between the two groups in improving the body temperature, mental, thirst, urine (P>0.05). After the treatment,two scores of main syptoms secondary symptoms and total scores before and after the treatment comparison group, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.01); After treatment, the treatment group is better than than the control group,with significant statistical significance (P<0.01). Comparing the comprehensive effects of the two groups,the difference(p<0.05) has a statistical significance, and the treatment group is better than the control group. Conclusion:dispelling wind,clearing lung,resolving phlegm and calming panting method with western medicine is an available and effective way in therapying the heat wheezing type in asthmatic bronchitis,and is better than the control group in improving of symptoms such as wheezing, cough, sputum expectoration, dry rales, complexion, appetite, faeces, tongue fur, tongue body, sweating,pulse condition and the change of scores of main syptoms,secondary symptoms and total scores.
