Objective To detect the expression of protein CXCR4, FoxM1in gastric cancertissues and normal gastric mucosa tissues or the atypical hyperplasia tissues、theirrelationship to clinicopathological features of gastric cancer, and investigated thepossible mechanisms of their effect on gastric cancer and the relationship betweenCXCR4, FoxM1gene expression and clinical and pathological features of gastriccancer. Methods The protein expression of FoxM1was examined by western blot in20caseof gastric cancer tissues、normal gastric mucosa tissues and the atypical hyperplasiatissues; at the same time, immunohistochemical staining method was used to detectthe expression levels of FoxM1and CXCR4in91case of Paraffin sections of gastriccancer and84cases of normal gastric mucosa tissues or the atypical hyperplasiatissues.Results①11case of gastric cancer tissue were examined FoxM1protein in the20cases by western bloting, but not examined in the normal gastric mucosa tissues andthe atypical hyperplasia tissues(χ2=15.172, P<0.05);②37(44.0%) of84case ofnormal gastric mucosa tissues or the atypical hyperplasia tissues showed expressionfor CXCR4were lower than61(67.0%) of91case of gastric cancer(χ2=5.776,P<0.05).31(36.9%)of84case of normal gastric mucosa tissues or the atypicalhyperplasia tissues showed expression for FoxM1were lower than57(62.6%) of91case of gastric cancer(χ2=5.015, P<0.05);③The related coefficient of CXCR4,s andFoxM1,s expression in gastric cancer tissue by immunohistochemical is0.233,(P<0.05)。Conclusion1. The protein of CXCR4in gastric cancer were much higher than inthe normal gastric mucosa tissues and the atypical hyperplasia tissues, the expression of CXCR4in gastric cancer was significantly associated with the depth of tumorinvasion, differentiation, lymph node metastasis and pTNM clinical stage(P<0.05),CXCR4contribute to carcinogenesis, progession, invasion and metastasis of gastriccancer.2. The protein of FoxM1in gastric cancer were much higher than in the normalgastric mucosa tissues and the atypical hyperplasia tissues, the expression of FoxM1in gastric cancer was significantly associated with the depth of tumor invasion, differentiation, lymph node metastasis and pTNM clinical stage(P<0.05), FoxM1contribute to carcinogenesis, progession, invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer.3. The relationship between CXCR4and FoxM1suggested that they maybe play asynergistic action in the occurrence of gastric cancer.4. The proteins of CXCR4and FoxM1contribute to carcinogenesis、progession、invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer, maybe as the new target conduct to thetumor molecular therapy。...
