| Objective:To evaluate curative effect and complications of transcatheter occlusion with import occluder and domestic occluder for children with patent ductus arteriosus(PDA).Methods:Retrospective cohort analyses of the clinical data were performed on304cases. They were divided into two groups, one group invoved.48cases were occluded with import occluder, while the other256cases were occluded with domestic occluder.Comparing the efficacy, the complications, the days in hospital and the cost of the two groups. Results:There was no statistical significance in the basic clinical data between the import occluder group and the domestic occluder group, such as age, sex, weight, the most narrow diameter of the PDA,the shape of the PDA and pulmonary hypertension. The success rate of the transcatheter occlusion in the domestic occluder group was47(97.92%),the domestic group was253(98.83%).There was no statistical significance in the success rate, the days in hospital, and the complications of the two groups, such as the residual shunt, the aotric stenosis and the left pulmonary artery(LPA) stenosis. The cost in hospital was higher in import occluder group than that of in domestic group. Conclusion:There were no statistical differences in the efficacy and complications between two groups, but the domestic occluder group cost significantly less than the import occluder group in hospital. |
