| Background: In the Research area of the ventricular assist,seniors had alreadymade a lot of work,and also made remarkable achievements.Such as PABC,ECMO,Berlin heart Ventricular assist device,centrifugal pump,air pump,etc.CurrentlyCardiac assist devices mainly has been used for three aspects:Heart pump failureafter cardiac surgery,before the transition to heart transplantation and acutemyocardial infarction complicated by cardiogenic shock.The myocardial oxygendemand and supply imbalances after left ventricle assist, as well as right ventricularheart auxiliary cause or so of hemodynamics, lung brain kidney and other importantorgan dysfunction, leading to the right heart failure is aggravating, constitute avicious cycle. Cardiopulmonary transplantation transition caused by resistance sexpulmonary hypertension and cardiogenic shock caused by all kinds of organic heart.The current right heart auxiliary devices alone at home and abroad application is rare.We performed the project to discuss if via learning from the PABC principle ofcardiac assist by counterpulsation,pulmonary artery catheterization directly andballoon connected to carry on counterpulsation during thoracotomy can achieve theeffect of right ventricular assist?Can become a safe and effective cardiac assistmeasure to critical patients and other difficult to maintain who has a pump failurecardiogenic shock,heart hemodynamics and so on?Objective:The research on observing the effectiveness and feasibility of pulmonaryartery balloon pump outside Diaphragm Pump for auxiliary treatment.Methods:The twelve dogs were randomly divided into2groups(the aortic balloon pumpoutside Diaphragm Pump auxiliary treatment group and the comparison group), each group was6dogs.Each experimental group were right anterior descendingcoronary artery ligation produced animal models of myocardial infarction in12cases,observed the change in each group after infarction in dogs from1hour to6hours in heart rate,Central venous pressure,heart function, myocardial enzymes,infarct size and blood morphology.Results:Under the same conditions,the aortic balloon pump outside Diaphragm Pumpauxiliary treatment group all6dogs survived,mortality was0%.3in thecomparison group died,mortality rate was50%(P <0.05).And after the adjuvanttherapy for the aortic balloon pump outside diaphragm pump auxiliary treatmentgroup the mean arterial pressure,cardiac output,cardiac index,et al,which wereall superior to the comparison group(p <0.05).Conclusions:The effect of the reverse pulsatility heart aided by the external pneumaticdiaphragm pump beating aortic is exact,the aided can reduce mortality,improvecentral venous pressure,cardiac index,cardiac output and stroke volume,auxiliarycapacity greater than comparison group. |
