Our traditional Chinese medicine theory is consummating gradually, and witnessed by the development of traditional Chinese drug. Related research show, the chemical compositions of drugs are sent to target organs by the blood circulation, they will produce a marked effect when blood-drug concentration get to a certain amount. The chemical compositions of traditional Chinese drugs are complex, but the chemical compositions in the blood are not so many as we think. Whit the development of modern instrument analysis technology rapid, we can inspect the chemical compositions by them, and research their pharmacokinetics. It has been a main trend of traditional Chinese drug research. In view of drug efficacy material base of Bazhen decoction is not clear, we research the relative content’s dynamic change of the chemical compositions in the blood of oral administration Bazhen Decoction for many days and for one time in the model rats and in the normal rats, and the pharmacokinetic of ferulic acid. The main research contents and the results are as follows:This experiment based on our topic group prophase experiment results analyze the the relative content’s dynamic change of Oxypaeoniflorin、Paeonimetabolin Ⅰ、Albiflorin、 Paeoniflorn、Glycyrrhetic acid monoglucuronide、Liquiritin、Ferulic acid、Ginsenoside Rd and unknown compositions (peaks NO.7、9、15、22) by the chromatograms and area of chromatographic peaks. The results show:the relative content (Cmax) of Oxypaeoniflorin、 Ginsenoside Rd and Ferulic acid are higher, Ferulic acid and Paeoniflorin reach the peak concentration quickly, Oxypaeoniflorin、Glycyrrhetic acid monoglucuronide、unknown compositions (peak NO.15) and Ginsenoside Rd reach the peak concentration in45~60min within.By the method of inject cyclophosphamide and bloodletting we prepare successfully the deficiency of both Qi and blood rat’s model. This experiment analyze the the relative content’s dynamic change in the model rats of the chemical compositions by the chromatograms and area of chromatographic peaks in15-240min within, and compare with the result in the normal rats. The results show:the kind of chemical compositions in the blood serum are same in the normal rats and model rats. In the deficiency of both Qi and blood model rat, the body’s absorbtivity reduce obviously, and a part of chemical compositions reach the peak concentration faster, the relative content (Cmax) of Paeonimetabolin Ⅰ、Glycyrrhetic acid monoglucuronide and unknown compositions (peak NO.22) reduce obviously. This experiment analyze the the relative content’s dynamic change of the chemical compositions though oral administration Bazhen Decoction for7、14、21days by the chromatograms and area of chromatographic peaks, and compare with the result in the normal rats. The results show:the kind of chemical compositions in the blood serum don’t change by oral administration Bazhen Decoction for many times. The relative content of Paeonimetabolin Ⅰ、Paeoniflorin and Ginsenoside Rd will rise, the rest chemical compositions’relative content don’t change.We analyze the pharmacokinetics of Ferulic acid in the model rats and normal rats. The results show:Ferulic acid15-45g/kg is one compartment model, Tmax is about13.014min, T1/2Ka is about3.615min, T1/2Ke is about34.315min, it can reveal that Ferulic acid is a drug of quick absorpting and elimination. In the deficiency of both Qi and blood model rats, the bodys’absorbtivity is lower, elimination rate is faster.
