Objective:Discuss the clinical importance of laparoscope minimally invasive polypectomy with gallbladder preservation by following up the patients how the polyps recur and the gallbladder function. Methods:28patients had polypectomy with gallbladder preservation in our hospital from2008to2011were followed up and taken B ultrasound examination.Results:All the patients had no bile leakage infection and other serious complications. The average hospital stays are lower than7days. None of the patients had polyps recurred and their gallbladders function is good.Conclusions:Laparoscope polypectomy with gallbladder preservation is a minimally invasive method to cure the gallbladder polyps with lower trauma and faster recovering. And because of the gallbladder preservation, it is more in line with the need and benefit of the modern patients.
