Electro-Acupuncture Swallow Hole Palsy Treatment Of Cerebral Infarction After The True Clinical Observation Of Swallowing Disorders

OBJECTIVE:Explore the clinical significance of true bulbar palsy patients with electro-acupuncture treatment of cerebral infarction after swallowing function,to further explore the mechanism of action of true bulbar palsy after acupuncture treatment of cerebral infarction.METHODS:Acupuncture plus drug combination treatment group and the drug control group,patients were randomly divided into treatment group20cases,20cases in the control group,and swallowing function were observed before treatment and after treatment,observation statistical processing.RESULTS.1. Acupuncture treatment can significantly improve the authenticity of paralysis in patients with dysphagia,swallowing function classification,no significant difference between acupuncture and control groups before treatment (P>0.05) after treatment,a significant difference (P<0.05). The acupuncture group than the control group.2. Assessed by VFSS efficacy of acupuncture treatment of true paralysis can shorten the time of food through the oropharynx,reducing the vallecula,pyriform sinus retention and aspiration.Acupuncture group and control group before treatment.no significant differences (P>0.05) after treatment,a significant difference (P<0.05),indicating that the acupuncture group than the control group.CONCLUSION:1.Electroacupuncture for treatment of true bulbar paralysis caused by dysphagia can improve swallowing function classification and ratings of the throat of the efficacy of the treatment group than the control group.2. By the the VFSS efficacy evaluation of swallowing disorders caused by electro-acupuncture treatment of true paralysis can shorten the food through the pharynx of the time, reduce the vallecula, pyriform sinus retention and aspiration.
