| Objective: The study on irritable bowel syndrome of spleen deficiency patients weretreated with medicine-separated umbilical moxibustion. By detecting the patient’s urineand Plasma samples metabolite spectral before and after treatment, identify potentialbiomarkers and infer the related metabolic pathway. In order to discuss thepossible validtargets of umbilical moxibustion and determine the efficacy of umbilical moxibustion。Method: We selected8irritable bowel syndrome of spleen deficiency patients, dealwith this group of patients urine and Plasma samples before and after treatment. Accordingto the Simca-P11.5software package processing data, look for the contribution of themetabolite fractions and search of related metabolic pathway by HMDBã€KEGG.Results: Medicine-separated moxibustion at the navel treating irritable bowelmetabolic profiling has undergone significant changes, including changes in moresignificant are amino acids, catecholamines, bile acids and endogenous cannabinoidmetabolites, these metabolites involved in amino acid metabolism, neurotransmittermetabolism and endogenous cannabinoids metabolism. Conclusion: The umbilical moxibustion can significantly inhibit the irritable bowelpatients with visceral hypersensitivity, improve intestinal nervous, immune, endocrinedisorder state and the diarrhea type irritable bowel patients’ life quality. |
