| Objective:The study tries to investigate the metabolic level differences betweenmedicine-separated umbilical moxibustion and starch-separated umbilicalmoxibustion.Trying to find out potential biological markers and derive related metabolicpathway of umbilical moxibustion on irritable bowel syndrome of spleen deficiency.Inorder to determine the efficacy of umbilical moxibustion.Method:24irritable bowel syndrome of spleen deficiency patients were randomlydivided into two groups.Dealing with this group of patients urine and plasma samplesbefore and after treatment.According to the Simca-P11.5software package processing data, look for the contribution of the metabolite fractions and search of related metabolicpathway by HMDBã€KEGG.Results:medicine-separated umbilical moxibustion and starch-separated umbilicalmoxibustion have undergone significant changes.Changes in more significant are aminoacids, catecholamines and bile acids, these metabolites involved in amino acid metabolismand neurotransmitter metabolism.Medicine-separated umbilical moxibustion also involvesendogenous cannabinoids metabolism.Starch-separated umbilical moxibustion alsoinvolves arachidonic acid metabolism. Conclusion:The umbilical moxibustion can significantly inhibit the irritable bowelpatients with visceral hypersensitivity, improve intestinal nervous immune, endocrine disorder state, alleviate clinical symptoms and improve the diarrhea type irritable bowelpatients’ life quality. From a metabolic point of view, the clinical efficacy of themedicine-separated umbilical moxibustion is superior to starch-separated umbilicalmoxibustion. |
