Objective:To study the change rule in the process of development of cystichyperplasia of breast, precancerous of breast and breast cancer. Use immunohistochemistrymethods to analyzes P53and C-erbB-2in cystic hyperplasia of breast, precancerous ofbreast and breast cancer tissue of expression, the paper also discussed the two differentpoints in TCM syndrome differentiation between the difference of expression, andsyndrome differentiation and treatment for breast benign and malignant disease provideobjective indicators.Research method:Collect2007~2011of Shandong University of TraditionalChinese Medicine Hospital breast thyroid surgery with this study were included in thestandard of cystic hyperplasia of breast, precancerous of breast and breast cancer each30cases. Divide cystic hyperplasia of breast, precancerous of breast and breast cancer into“QizhiTan’ning”、”TanyuHujie” and”TanyuDujie” three types, and explore three groupsconsidering the case of distribution. Use immunohistochemistry methods to test theexpression of P53and C-erbB-2in three cases and three groups of TCM syndromeresearch, and analyze the statistics by using the SPSS18.0edition statistical software.Results:1. The different expression of P53in cystic hyperplasia of breast, precancerous ofbreast and breast cancer three groups have statistically significant (P=0.000).Compare theexpression in cystic hyperplasia of breast and precancerous of breast, precancerous of breast with breast cancer the two groups both have statistically significant (P=0.001, P=0.000). The comparison in precancerous of breast and breast cancer is statisticallysignificant (P=0.534).2. C-erbB-2in three groups of cases of expression differences have statisticallysignificant (P=0.004). Compare the C-erbB-2expression differences in cystic hyperplasiaand precancerous of breast, precancerous of breast and breast cancer two groups bothstatistically significant (P=0.037, P=0.161). cystic hyperplasia of breast and breastcancer compared with each other, the expression differences have statistically significant(P=0.001). And as the severity of disease worse, P53and C-erbB-2of positive ofexpression are on the rise.3. P53and C-erbB-2in three groups of cases of expression differences havestatistically significant (P=0.000). cystic hyperplasia and precancerous of breast, cystichyperplasia of breast and breast cancer compare with each other, the expressions havestatistically significant (P=0.000, P=0.000). Breast cancer and precancerous of breasttwo two comparison is statistically significant (P=0.053).4. P53and C-erbB-2in the expression of cystic hyperplasia of breast are linked, butrelevance not close (X2=6.724, P=0.035, and all the contact number rp=0.428). Beforethe expression in breast cancer pathological changes without association (X2=8.647, P=0.470, and all the contact number rp=0.473). The expression in breast cancer are linked, relevance medium (X2=19.282, P=0.023, and all the contact number rp=0.626).5. Mammary gland hyperplasia, breast lesion before and breast cancer TanNingcertificate, phlegm and blood stasis and mutual "certificate, phlegm and blood stasissyndrome poison" three card type than the composition of a statistically significantdifference between the (P=0.000). cystic hyperplasia and precancerous of breast threecard type than the composition of the difference was not statistically significant (P=0.067).Cystic hyperplasia of breast and breast cancer and breast cancer lesion before two twocompared respectively are statistically significant (P=0.000, P=0.013).6. The expressions of P53in three groups every syndrome are both not significant(P>0.05). C-erbB-2in cystic hyperplasia and precancerous of breast every syndrome typeof expression differences are not significant (P>0.05); C-erbB-2in breast cancer everysyndrome type of expression differences have statistically significant (P <0.05), three cardtype compare with eath other, the expression of C-erbB-2were no significant statisticallysignificant (P>0.0167). Conclusion: P53and C-erbB-2May be the early molecular events in the process ofdeveloping breast cancer, and they are two relatively independent index. P53screeningprecancerous of breastd and early breast cancer lesion more sensitive than C-erbB-2, andthe two jointly detection can improve the sensitivity.” QizhiTan’ning” is the mainpathogenesis in cystic hyperplasia of breast;“QizhiTan’ning” and”TanyuHujie” make themain pathogenesis of precancerous of breast;”TanyuHujie” and”TanyuDujie” are the twomain pathogenesis of breast cancer. More study was needed for P53and CerbB-2to be asthe basis of the Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation.
