Tcm Syndrome Type Of Breast Cancer Lesions Before And Immunohistochemical Correlation Study

[Background] Breast precancerous lesion generally concludes breast duct atypical hyperplasia ,lobular atypical hyperplasia and papillomatosis. Atypical hyperplasia is a concept of pathology ,a halfway house between the innocent and malignant change .So it is also a key point between quantitative change and qualitative alteration.Traditional Chinese medicine has good curative effect in breast hyperplasia of prostate .Breast precancerous lesion is a patho-course between the hyperplasia of mammary glands and breast cancer.It has concordance with the two in pathology .The modern medicine considers that the hyperplasia of mammary glands and breast cancer has the same high risk factor .And they are considered to be coincident in pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine .The traditional Chinese medicine which based on "determination of treatment based in pathogenesis obtained through differentiation of symptoms and signs" can anesis the hyperplasia ,block or reverse the precancerous lesion by regulating immunity and endocrine ,suppressing cell proliferation ,and inducing apoptosis.It is vacuity now that research breast precancerous lesion on the gene and molecular level and combine it with differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome.[Objectives] This research will do immunohistochemistry and analysis of pattern of syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine to the cases that pathologically diagnosed to be breast precancerous lesion (breast duct atypical hyperplasia ,lobular atypical hyperplasia and papillomatosis) and find the dependability between them .It is wished to make the pattern of syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine more microcosmic and find the target on the gene and molecular level to block or reverse the precancerous lesion.[Methods] Do immunohistochemistry research to 15 essays that pathologically diagnosed to be breast duct atypical hyperplasia and papillomatosis while choose...
