Materials and methods: Selected Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University ofTraditional Chinese Medicine Orthopaedic admitted Sanders, II type of intra-articularcalcaneal fractures of19patients included in this experiment, Divided into treatment andcontrol groups, Treatment group,10, Use of open reduction and internal fixation for thetreatment. Control group of nine, Osseous pin poking mainly combined with manipulativereduction and plaster cast of external fixation with the practice treatment.They Werefollowed up for8-12months, with an average of10months. Right the Bolher angle,Gissane corner, calcaneus widened and patients with foot function treatment results wereanalyzed statistically, in order to evaluate the effect of the two regimens in the treatment ofintra-articular calcaneal fractures.Results: By Marland enough score evaluation, two programs treatment said:First:The treatment group and control group have a better role in the recovery of Bolherangle and correct the calcaneus widened. Second:The overall efficacy in the treatment,good treatment group was90%with the control group (77.8%) was a significantdifference,The treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conlusion:Sanders, more than type â…¡ intra-articular calcaneal fractures, open reduction and plate fixation of the therapy is superior to percutaneous closure under fluoroscopy pokingreduction and internal fixation. |
