| Purpose:Explore the role in the treatment of coronary heart disease prematureventricular contractions starting from the liver and emotions.Method:Through a combination of literature research and clinical observation.Literature: First, from the medical aspects of ancient literature to sort out, looking for theliver and emotions of "palpitations" fright "pathogenic mechanism and arguments; Second, access to modern medical research psychological factors induce coronary heart diseasepremature ventricular contractions relevant information, as well as at the present stage ofmodern medicine treatment. Clinical research: Methods:60cases of middle-aged patientswith coronary heart disease premature ventricular contractions were randomly divided intoobservation group of30patients to experience proprietary treatment control group (n=30),I can reach the dragon oral treatment for60days before and after treatment changes ofclinical symptoms and laboratory parameters. Results:Clinical observations, the clinical symptoms of the treated patients improvedsignificantly, its efficacy and the control group, significant differences (P<0.05). Prematurenumber of times before and after treatment were significantly reduced, significantdifference (P<0.05) between the two groups. The number of observed group of patientswith premature ventricular contractions, QT dispersion, ECG ST-T and other indicators ofimprovement than the control group. Conclusion:Overall regulation and control from the start, the observation group, emphasizing the emotional factors in the incidence of pathogenic importance, the treatmentof coronary heart disease premature ventricular contractions, significantly improved the clinical symptoms and dynamic ECG, reducing the number of premature ventricularcontractions occur, reduce premature ventricular contractionsseverity, with both improvedmyocardial ischemia. This study confirms the clinical efficacy of the treatment of coronaryheart disease premature ventricular contractions starting from the darling theory, richtheoretical content of Chinese medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease ofpremature ventricular contractions. |
