Clinical Study On The Effects Of Treating Senile Heart Failure By Dispersing The Stagnated Liver-qi And Regulating The Blood Circulation Which Is Induced By Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Fumailing Granule on treating Senile Heart Failure diagnosed stagnation of the liver-qi and blood-deficiency which is induced by Coronary Heart Disease and to investigate its mechanism of effect. Methods 54 patients were divided randomly into the treatment group(29 cases) and the control group(25cases). The control group received the routine treatment with westen drugs. The treatment group received routine westen drugs and Fumailing Granule. The changes of clinical symptoms and laboratory indexs in all the patients were observed before treatment and after treatment for two courses. Results After the one and two course of treatment, the total clinical symptoms and laboratory indexs in all the patients were all better.The curative effects of the treatment group were obviously superior to those of the control group(P<0.01). Two groups both could better the cardiac insufficiency,endothelium function and the results of the 6-min walk test. There was signjficant difference between groups. The curative effects of the treatment group were better(P<0.01 or P<0.05 ). Besides, the treatment group had remarkable effect on decreasing blood fat and was anticoagulant. Conclusion Fumailing Granule can significantly better the patients' clinical symptoms and laboratory indexs who were diagnosed stagnation of the liver-qi and blood-deficiency. Therefore, Fumailing Granule has very important clinical significance in preventing the myocardial injury and bettering the patients' vitability.
