| Purposeļ¼This study compared with being given Western medicine alone and givenWestern medicine by the yi qi yang yin and wen yang li shui medicine which composed ofSheng mai san to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of coronary heartdisease and heart failture combined with western medicine and Sheng mai san.Methods:Select the160heart failure patients with coronary heart disease, and then divided them intotreatment group and control group with80cases respectively. Treatment group wastreated with conventional Western medicine with traditional Chinese medicineShengmaisan flavored anti-platelet aggregation, blood lipid, diuretic, cardiac, blood vesselexpansion of treatment, while the control group were given conventional anti-plateletmedicine, lipids, diuretic, cardiac, dilation of blood vessels to be treated. We made4weeksfor a course of treatment and observed the treatment efficacy of the two groups, patientvital signs, blood lipids, blood rheology, cardiac function and left ventricular structure,three conventional, liver and kidney function, efficacy of TCM, and changes or adversereactions of Chinese medicine symptom score, etc. after a total treatment course.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group (P <0.05) was higher than the control group,patients vital signs of the treatment group, heart function and improved left ventricularstructure, blood lipids, blood rheology, efficacy of TCM and TCM symptom scores wereall better than the control group (P <0.05), and there are no significant anomalies about thethree conventional and the liver and kidney function before and after the treatment.Conclusion: Grouped by yi qi yang yin and wen yang li shui medicine Shengmaisanflavored being combined with the conventional western medicine to treat the coronaryheart disease heart failure was significantly superior to the simple application of thetherapeutic effect of Western medicine, and safe and there were no adverse reactions. |
