Clinical Observation On Chronic Heart Failure(Heart-kidney Yang Deficiency Type)Treated By Warming Yang And Benefiting Qi

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Wenyang Yiqi Lishui in the treatment of chronic heart failure.METHODS:This clinical trial selected 60 cases that met the standard cases,all of which were taken from Dec.2016 to Dec.2017 in the Department of Cardiovascular Diseases,the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and were diagnosed as "chronic heart failure" patients(heart and kidney yang).Randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group and the control group of 30 cases each.The control group was treated with western medicine for the treatment of chronic heart failure.The treatment group was treated with western medicine and then treated with Fangji Huangqi Decoction.The TCM symptom scores,cardiac function,and 6-minute walking distance before and after treatment were observed in both groups of patients.Results:1.Comparison of symptom scores and curative effects between treatment and control groups:(1)The symptom scores before treatment in both groups were tested with P>0.05,which was not statistically significant.(2)Comparison of symptom scores after treatment between treatment group and before treatment showed that the scores showed a decreasing trend,and P<0.05 had statistical significance,and the treatment was effective.Compared with symptom scores before and after treatment in the control group,the score also showed a decreasing trend.Tested P<0.05,statistically significant,effective treatment.(3)The symptom scores after treatment in the treatment group and the symptom scores after the treatment in the control group were statistically tested and P<0.05,which was statistically significant.The treatment group had more significant results.The total effective rate of TCM symptom treatment in the treatment group was 90%,and the total effective rate of TCM symptom treatment in the control group was 77.3%.2.Comparison of the 6-minute walking distance between the treatment group and the control group:(1)The walking distance of 6 minutes before treatment in both groups was examined with P>0.05,and there was no statistical significance.(2)Comparison between the control group and the treatment before treatment was P<0.05,statistically significant,and the treatment was effective;the treatment group was compared with the pre-treatment test after treatment and obtained P<0.05,with statistical significance,and the treatment was also effective;(3)After treatment in the treatment group and the control group,P<0.05 was obtained after the test,indicating that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was relatively significant.3.Improvement of heart function in treatment group and control group:(1)treatment group:15 cases were effective,12 cases were markedly effective,and 3 cases were ineffective.(2)Control group:18 cases were effective,6 cases were effective,and 6 cases were ineffective.Conclusion:(1)Wenyang Yiqi Lishui method combined with western medicine can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of chronic heart failure(heart-kidney yang deficiency type).(2)Wenyang Yiqi Lishui method combined with Western medicine can significantly improve the heart function of patients with chronic heart failure(heart-kidney yang deficiency type).(3)Wenyang Yiqi Lishui method combined with western medicine treatment can significantly increase the 6-minute walking distance of patients with chronic heart failure(heart-kidney yang deficiency type).
