Observation Of Clinical Effect Of Erwu Wenyang Paste On Patients With Unstable Angina Pectoris

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Erwu Wenyang paste on patients withunstable angina pectoris(syndrome of yang deficiency of heart and kidney).Methods60patients with unstable angina pectoris of syndrome of yang deficiency of heart and kidneywere randomly devided into treatment group and control group of30cases30cases.Patients in control group were treated for western medicine conventionally; patients intreatment group were treated for Erwu Wenyang paste besides the conventional treatment,for20days. Patients of2groups were observed the changes of the clinical symptoms, thephysical signs, the electrocardiogram(ECG), the colour Doppler echocardiography(CDE),the brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) and the blood lipid before and after process. ResultsThe effective ratio of the treatment group was86.7%, the control group was66.3%. Theclinical effect of the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Erwu Wenyang paste are able to treat the patients with unstable anginapectoris effectively.
