Clinical Research On Treating The Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease With The Tong Ren Zhong Zi Decoction And Chinese Medicine Guan Chang Prescription

Objective: Observe the Tong ren zhong zi Decoction and Chinese medicine Guan changprescription and joint treatment and blood stasis the chronic pelvic inflammation of the clinical curativeeffect, and discussed its mechanism.Methods:60cases randomly selected and blood stasis syndrome inpatients with chronic pelvic inflammation, give the seed soup of oral and cooperate with pelvic inflammationenema party retention enema treatments. The before and after their contrast method observed before and aftertreatment the improvement of the clinical symptoms, signs, peripheral blood rheology index changes.Results: After the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms were all patients haveobvious improvement, TCM symptoms curative effect the total effective rate was100%, the traditionalChinese medicine symptom scores before and after treatment with significant difference (p <0.01). After thetreatment effect of local signs the total effective rate of98.33%, the seed that any soup with Chinesemedicine to improve patients’ uterus adhesion enema fixed, tenderness, accessories or thickening of the cable,thick, increase tenderness, the palace of the thick, tenderness, ligament positive signs have distinct curativeeffect. After treatment, the high cut whole blood viscosity, low cut whole bloodviscosity, plasma viscosity, red blood cells and blood sedimentation deposited are significantly lower thanbefore treatment,(P <0.05). Conclusion: Tongren Zhongzi Decoction with Chinese medicineGuan chang prescription party capable of significantly improving the chronic pelvic inflammation andblood stasis and the clinical symptoms and local signs, and can effectively reduce the blood viscosity, so as topromote the pelvic local inflammation absorption, is the treatment qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome isthe effective method to the chronic pelvic inflammation.
