Effect Of Qianliexian Decoction On Rat Model Of CAP Of Qi Stagnancy And Blood Stasis Eyndrome

Objective:To build the chronic abacterial prostatitis of Qi Stagnancy and Blood StasisSyndrome and study the therapeutic influence of Qianliexian Decoction on rat model ofchronic abacterial prostatitis of Qi Stagnancy and Blood Stasis syndrome.Methods:Forty adult male rats were randomly divided into four groups,ten rats in eachgroup:normal contorl group, model group of blank medicine,model group of Cerniltonand model group of Qianliexian Decoction.Except for normal control group,the modelgroups rats were injected subcutaneously of oestradiol monobenzoate at the does of0.25mg/kg after castration with successive adminstration of30days,then acousticelctric photic combined stimulation were given for4weeks to build the chronicabacterial prostatitis of Qi Stagnancy and Blood Stasis Syndrome.There was not anytreatment to the normal control group. Normal control group was given10ml/kg salinelavage after modeling;the rest groups were given corresponding drug lavage with4weeks.Observe the changes of general status,index of prostate,WBC in EPS,wholeblood viscosity of the rats.Results:Compared with the model group of blank medicine,the Qianliexian decoction andCernitol reduced the WBC in EPS and the index of prostate.Qianliexian decoctiondecreased the whole blood viscosity while Cernitol did not (P＜0.05).Conclusions:Qianlexian dcoction can improve the condition of chronic abacterial prostatitis ofQi Stagnancy and Blood Stasis Syndrome in adult male SD rats with the role of promoting blood circulation.
