Clinical Observation On Chronic Gclinicastritis (The Spleen And Stomach Deficiency-Cold Zheng) By Kneading New Renying Point With Rubbing Abdomen

Objective: To observe and research the clinical therapeutic results of the spleen andstomach deficiency-cold zheng of non-atrophic gastritis by kneading the new-Renyingpoint with rubbing the abdomen, and explore the effect of the new-Renying point onregulating the gastrointestinal function.Methods: According to the diagnostic criteria, inclusive criteria and exclusivecriteria for the scheduled research subject,60patients of the spleen and stomachdeficiency-cold zheng of non-atrophic gastritis were selected and randomly divided intotwo groups: the treatment group and the control group.30cases in each group. Thetreatment group was treated by kneading the new-Renying point with rubbing the abdomen,and professing to convinced take orally Selbex, while the control group by professing toconvinced take orally Selbex.Result: The total effectiveness of the treatment and control group was93.3%as wellas73.3%respectively(P＜0.05). The clinical syndrome integrals of the treatment groupabout “before treated”、“2weeks after treated” and “4weeks after treated” were analysedby one-way ANOVA, and the results were P＜0.01,which means there were significantdifferences before and after treatment. While the clinical syndrome integrals of the controlgroup about “before treated”、“2weeks after treated” and “4weeks after treated” wereanalysed by one-way ANOVA, and the results were P＜0.05,which means there weredifferences before and after treatment. The clinical syndrome integrals of the treatmentgroup and control group about “2weeks after treated” and “4weeks after treated” wereanalysed by one-way ANOVA, and the results of the total syndrome integral were P＜0.05which means there are extremely distinct differences between the twogroups.Conclusion: Both of the two groups had good effects on the spleen and stomachdeficiency-cold zheng of non-atrophic gastritis, but kneading the new-Renying point withrubbing the abdomen had better effects on “preferring warm and touch” and “increasingpain when encounters cold”. Because of the advantages and characteristics of the treatmentgroup,such as safe manipulations, painlessness and easily to be accepted, it is deserved toextend clinical application.
