The Exploration Of The Relevance Between The Curative Effect Of Du-moxibustion On AS And Infrared Thermograms

Objective: Observing the clinical curative effect of treating AS by Du-moxibustion.Exploring the relevance between the thermal image and inspection item. To Lay thefoundation for a more direct and simple diagnosis and effect evaluation standard bythermal image. Methods: Select30AS （kidney Yang deficiency）patients who weretreated by Du-moxibustion， detect infrared thermograms,CRP,ESR.Recording thesymptoms and signs to discuss the relevance between the thermography and detectionitems. Results: By the Du-moxibustion, the effective rate was90%. There are significantdifference（p <0.05）of the temperature gap (⊿T)between spinal area and tissues aroundcompared with treatment before in AS patients；The temperature gap (⊿T)was positivecorrelated with the pillow wall distance（p<0.05）and negatively correlated with thethoracic movement；the temperature gap (⊿T)was positively correlated with ESR andCRP(p<0.05). Conclusion: Du-moxibustion has obvious effect on AS(kidney Yangdeficiency) patients. The symptoms,signs,lab index have relevance with temperaturegap(⊿T). Du-moxibustion exerts obvious influence on infrared thermograms of ASpatients. The infrared thermograms should be further used in exploreing the AS diagnosisand effect evaluation standard.
