Clinical Study On Treatment Of Ankylosing Spondylitis With Tonifying Kidney And Tuina Therapy Combined With Moxibustion

Objective:This topic takes the patients with ankylosing spondylitis as the research object,By use of randomized controlled clinical trials,the therapeutic effectiveness of the treatment of kidney deficiency and cold ankylosing spondylitis,so as to provide a better plan for the clinical treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.Methods:The 60 ankylosing spondylitis patients who met the criteria of this study were randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group adopted the beneficial kidney massage method combined with moxibustion treatment,and the control group adopted moxibustion treatment.By analyzing the score of TCM syndrome,pillow wall distance,thoracic mobility,Schober test and pain(VAS)score before and after the treatment,the treatment effect of the two methods on kidney deficiency and cold ankylosing spondylitis was comprehensively determined and evaluated.Results:(1)Comparison of overall efficacy:The treatment group’s total effective rate was 92.86%,while the control group’s was 81.48%.The treatment group’s overall efficacy was higher than the control group’s(P<0.05),in this comparison.(2)Comparison of the key physical sign scores:The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05)in terms of pillow wall distance,thoracic mobility,Schober test,and pain(VAS)score.(3)Comparison of the TCM syndrome points:The treatment group performed better than the control group in terms of the total score of the TCM syndrome and the total score of the major diseases(P<0.05).In terms of the primary syndrome,there was a statistically significant difference between the treatment and control groups(P<0.05),and in terms of the secondary syndrome,tiredness was compared between the treatment and control groups(P<0.05).(4)Safety evaluation:Neither group’s patients experienced any negative side effects,,like as skin damage or scald,either during zhe study or after.Conclusion:The effect of kidney tongdu massage combined with moxibustion in the treatment of kidney deficiency cold ankylosing spondylitis is effective,which can effectively reduce the degree of spine pain and morning stiffness time in patients,and safety has no side effects.This merits support and implementation in clinical practice.
