The Study On The Treatment Of Chronic Hepatitis B Liver Fibrosis With Activating Blood Method By Syndrome Differentiation Stages

ObjectiveThis dissertation mainly focuses on the flexibility of the traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of the liver fibrosis which results from the chronic hepatitis B(CHB),and the aim is to find the regular of the traditional Chinese medicine in treating the liver fibrosis so as to improve the curative effect.Compared with Fu-Fang-Bie-Jia-Ruan-Gan-Pian as the control group,the clinical efficacy of the activating blood method which is given step by step has been evaluated.MethodsThe thesis consists of the following tow parts:summaries of documents and a clinical control study on the treatment of chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis by the method of activating blood.Two summaries have reviewed the research progresses of pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of liver fibrosis in Western and Chinese medicine.And we can fully understand the achieved results and inadequate awareness of the research on Chinese and Western Medicine in liver fibrosis disease so that the basis can be provided to the method of activating blood which is given step by step.In clinical control study on the treatment of liver fibrosis by the method of activating blood which is given step by step,100patients with liver fibrosis which are resulted from CHB are randomly divided into two groups.The patients of therapeutic group are given the method of activating blood which is given step by step and those in the control group are received Fu-Fang-Bie-Jia-Ruan-Gan-Pian.The index of scores of symptoms, A/G,HA,LN,P-â…¢-P,â…£-C and B-Ultrasound examination have been analyzed.ResultsThis clinical control study on the treatment of liver fibrosis by the method of activating blood which is given step by step reveal that:Both the therapeutic group and the control group can improve the scores of symptoms, ALT,A/G,HA,LN,P-â…¢ -P,â…£-C and B-Ultrasound examination,and the effect of the therapeutic group is better than the control group.Conclusion1In traditional Chinese medicine,the basic pathogenesis is the deficiency of Qi and blood stasis,so activating blood is the basic therapy.2The diagnostic method about liver fibrosis of this research is non-invasive.In view of the invasive of the liver biopsy,it is still a worth-deeping subject to discovery more non-invasive methods in the diagnostic liver fibrosis.3Give different methods of activating blood by stage in view of the stage of the liver fibrosis.It shows the flexibility of the traditional Chinese medicine to the treatment of the liver fibrosis after the CHB and it will be better than the Fu-Fang-Bie-Jia-Ruan-Gan-Pian.
