Objectives:Classification of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine combined with Western medicine for chronic tension-type headache plus psychotherapy for chronic tension-type headache:a clinical observation, comparison of curative effect of two kinds of treatment options and their pros and cons, returned for chronic tension-type headache treatment more effective and practical methods of treatment.Methods:In gender, age, history, literacy, level of socio-economic statistics, such as no significant differences in treatment of80cases of patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic tension-type headache is divided into two groups. Set of40cases, Western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment,40b, with combination of Western medicine in the treatment of professional counselors for psychological treatment. Treatment of8weeks in total, to the12th week of judging effect.Efficacy evaluation standards: Recovery:after treatment, migraine symptoms disappear, follow-up eight months without recurrence. Excellent:after treatment, significantly reduce headache, significantly reduced the number of occurrences, and does not affect the daily activities. Improved:after treatment, headaches eased, attack less, some effect on daily activities. Invalid:symptoms and treatment without change.Results:Group a total of40cases, recovered13cases of32.5%, having an effect of18cases of45%, improved820%, invalid12.5%, a group total effective rate87.5%;40b, healed in6cases of15%, having an effect1127.5%, better40%in16cases, invalid17.5%of7cases, total effective rate72.5%ethyl group. Recovered a total of19cases of23.75%per cent of total subjects, having an effect36.25%of29total subjects, improving30%of the24cases in total subjects, invalid10%of8total subjects, total effective rate of90%. The Chi square test X2=11.4352, X20.05(3)=7.81, X2>X20.05(3), compared with the control group, P<0.05, differences are statistically significant.Concluding:1.classification of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine combined with Western medicine for chronic tension-type headache plus psychotherapy for chronic tension-type headache has a good effect.2. Combined with syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in treatment of chronic tension-type headache medicine and psychotherapy in the treatment of chronic tension-type headache is better.
